  2. Intern Agent that crosses countries Partner Sales negotiates with CEO who is working from Sweden, but Denmark is considered the central office and also operates as a “branch” of the company. Their allocation for all markets is given in one lump sum to Denmark. Pricing is the same for all markets. Applications come from all locations. They also have a WAT LOA. Allocation works the same. No interview slots. Pricing same across the all locations. Ops contact for both TRN and WAT depends on which office sends the app. PAX App go from one office to another before coming to CIEE (i.e. Iceland application goes through Sweden before coming to CIEE). Invoicing goes to Copenhagen and copied one woman whose location is unclear (maybe sweden), and copy contact at the location from which kids are. Emergencies go through Ted in Sweden. 3. WAT Agent Partner Sales negotiates with CEO who works from where ever he lives. Star Travel China has a separate LOA. Their allocation for all markets is given in one lump sum, to be used as they see fit, except for China, which is separate. Pricing can vary across markets. Applications come from all countries and branches that are active that season, but Kazakhstan and Mongolia gets filtered through Moscow. Sales info all comes thru Moscow (except China). Ops contacts: All of Russia, Kazahstan and Mongolia goes through Moscow. All other countries go through their own central office. All invoices for everyone goes through Moscow, except for China and Malaysia which handle their own invoicing. Travel and Events – check with hiring events Emergencies go through Moscow for Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia. Other countries have their own contact, but who is contacted depends on situation. Star Russia also sends interns. There is a different operations contact for internships. LOAs are negotiated with the central office in each country. Pricing, allocation, and interview slots are determined by these by-country LOAs. Applications come through the central offices, there are branches in the countries. Essentially like having four different agents. Travel and Events

  5. We do our negotiation with Maryna located at Speedwing Singapore, but the LOAs are all separate. The allocation is divided by each location and pricing could vary. Interview slots are by location. All applications, from all markets, are processed through their own offices. We worked with Indonesia and Vietnam in the past (as part of the larger organization). Malaysia has its own operations and sales update contacts. Maryna is emergency contact for all. Vernie is a secondary emergency contact for Malaysia. Invoicing all goes to Maryna. Recons go to Maryna. Ops contacts in all locations, can be different contact for placements. WAT and INT apps tend to go through one person.
