  1. Whoisthe creator of mini militia? Inthebeginning ChadTownsinitiallycreatedtheDoodleArmy2MiniMilitia game(DA2MM). Chad hadsoonafterenlistedthe helpofafriend, JoshNeff. Chad was the originator of the stick shooter Doodle Army (DA1 circa 2009– 2010?).At the sametime Chad wasworking onagamewithHunterMayer (me)called Flip theBird (2011). After a whileDA2MMbecame moreofan operationsworkloadthan anticipatedsoHuntercameonboardwithDA2 (2012)tohelpmanageops, alertsystemswhen serverswent down,developcodeforgameservers, help outon design, etc. Joshmoved on and discontinuedactively supportingthe game toworkwith hiscousins on hisowncompany“MountainMachineGames”. Huntertook overmoreandmoreeventuallydidthingslikeupgradeandrewritelotsof the the gameservercode tofitour newneedsof the time(goodandbad!ha!). Sotobeaccuratehewasindirectlycontributingearlyon, butnot entirely handson,duringthatfirstyear ofdevelopment. Now all he does is slow down Chad by making the game tie into our growing businessinfrastructurelikeemailsign-inservers, hackpreventionsystems (ongoing), storinggamedata onourownservers, andsuch;)We’vehadother partners,buttheywereforothergamesandnotlonglastingforreasons (we’rehardtopleaseand weworktoodamnmuchforsanepeople’s tastes.)
