  2. What is Tepezza? Tepezza is an injectable prescription drug used to treat thyroid eye disease.

  3. What's the Tepezza problem? There have been numerous complaints of Tepezza-related irreparable hearing loss since its approval.

  4. Horizon failed to warn about the risk of hearing loss from Tepezza adequately. Tepezza provided a considerably increased risk of hearing loss, and Horizon knew or should have reasonably understood that this hearing loss could be permanent.

  5. Does the Tepezza label include a warning about hearing loss? The possibility that Tepezza's hearing loss may be irreversible is not included in the labeling or FDA clearance package.
