We’re here to discuss some benefits of it to help you understand better: 1.Increases Flexibility: Yoga always helps in increasing flexibility. Pregnant women need to have a flexible body and their muscles should also be of greater elastic strength. This helps in recovering better post-labor and delivery. 2.Relaxation: Pregnancy comes with the cost of extreme mood swings. Yoga helps one relax and calm their mind down. Women in their third trimester might especially find it very difficult to relax due to heightened anxiety about the delivery of the baby. Yoga helps in making them relax better which in turn increases the intake of oxygen into the body. This very oxygen, when it reaches the baby, helps them in developing better. 3.Healthier Baby: Since your mind and body is healthy due to practicing Yoga, your baby also gets benefitted from it, and hence, the baby is healthier after delivery.
