Thank you for agreeing to participate in our project. Our team is completing a research project to enter in a national competition. We are trying to educate people in the Capital District to make an informed choice when selecting to go to urgent care or the emergency department. Knowing the difference is important because it can save time, money and potentially someone’s life. Please note that all information collected is anonymous. We ask that you complete a brief pre-test, view our educational piece, and finish with a short post-test. Thank you again for participating.
