2. TECHNICAL TEAM FOR CAMA CERTIFICATION The CAMA Technical Team provides technical support to the WPiAM related to the content, structure and quality of CAMA Exam questions. We maintain consistency between the CAMA Exam questions and GFMAM Competency Specification for an ISO 55001 Asset Management System Auditor/Assessor. We provide input on exam procedures and systems that may impact on the security or integrity of exam questions and outcomes. We maintain and update exam questions to keep the CAMA Exam relevant and dynamic. CERTIFIED ASSET MANAGEMENT ASSESSOR The "Certified Asset Management Assessor" (CAMA) credential establishes an individual's global qualifications in asset management knowledge and comprehension. This multiple- choice exam is based on the GFMAM ISO55001 Auditor Assessor Specification, ISBN978 0 9871799 3 7. The WPiAM is in charge of creating, maintaining, and administering the exam. HOW DO YOU GET YOUR CAMA CERTIFICATION? The Certified Asset Management Assessor Certificate can be earned by passing an online exam and filling out a professional profile.

3. With the announcement of the Remote Proctoring Solution on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, potential CAMA Exam participants will have more freedom. The Remote Proctoring Solution will allow participants to take the CAMA Exam from anywhere in the world, with no face-to-face component required. The exam is two hours long and consists of 110 multiple-choice questions. The exam is offered in English. THE ADVANTAGES OF CERTIFICATION Obtaining the Certified Asset Management Assessor Certification provides an individual's credentials in asset management knowledge and comprehension around the world. Whether they are part of an audit team or assisting with the implementation and assessment of asset management systems, organisations can determine the competence and expertise of staff. The Joint Australian and New Zealand Asset Management Systems Scheme (AMS Scheme) requires certification to meet the following requirements: "Requirements for entities offering audit and certification of Asset Management Systems," April 2015. OUR CONDUCT We assure the technical quality of examination question and answer sets. We assure consistency in exam quality across multiple languages including English, French, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish.

4. We assure the security of examination question and answer sets in our care. We monitor and review and evaluate examination procedures for quality improvement purposes as required. We are aligned to and support ISO 17024 – Conformity assessment, General requirements for bodies operating certification of persons. We monitor, reviews and evaluate examination outcomes for quality improvement purposes (including candidate feedback and psychometric results). We monitor changes to GFMAM specification to keep the examination specifications current. We review the GFMAM specification(s) to keep overall CAMA Certification specifications current (with respect to requirements that may not be addressed by the exam). We provide a technical advisory role to the Management Company. We establish, monitor and revise processes to augment the exam question pool. We contribute to the standing rules, policies and procedures related to the Certified Asset Management Assessor program as requested by the Management Company. We contribute to the promotion of the CAMA exam. We always welcome newcomers to the team.
