  1. Your Biggest MBBS in Philippines Doubts Now Resolved In the last few years, the Philippines has steadily positioned itself as the best possible destination for Indian medical aspirants for quality and affordable education. However, there are some simple doubts that still exist in the minds of a large number of students seeking to pursue MBBS Abroad. This post, therefore, picks up 3 of the most asked questions pertaining to the Philippines and tries to answer them in a comprehensive and comprehensible manner. The purpose is to make sure that students aren’t in 2 minds about anything before beginning their journey towards pursuing an MBBS in Philippines. How much is MBBS in the Philippines? As far as the MBBS in Philippines fees is concerned, students don’t have to burn a hole in their pockets as the minimum expense is somewhere around INR 20 Lakh. Even if we look at the total costs including the tuition fees, accommodation fees, and other miscellaneous charges, students will have to pay a maximum of INR 25 Lakh. What’s even better is that there is no need to pay any additional charges like donations and/or capitation fees in addition to the amounts mentioned above. Is NEET marks required for MBBS in Philippines? Yes! Your NEET scores are of paramount importance when applying for admission to a medical college in Philippines. In fact, students are not required to appear for any entrance exams as well as proficiency exams like IELTS/TOEFL. Apart from the marks being part of eligibility, the NEET Exam is also important because this exam tests the students not just in clinical disciplines but also in pre and para-clinical disciplines.

  2. It’s through the NEET scores that the universities gauge whether or not an individual is eligible for medical education according to a college pattern or not. How can I join MBBS in Philippines? As far as enrolling for MBBS in Philippines is concerned, there are 2 things that you need to understand; the eligibility and the procedure. To join, first of all, the students need to be at least 17 years oldand should’ve scored a minimum of 50% in 10+2 (PCB subjects) and the minimum cutoff for the NEET Exam. Apart from this, the documents one needs to keep in mind include - 1.Passport 2.Passport size photos 3.NEET scorecard 4.Class 10th and Class 12th Marksheets 5.The graduation mark sheet and certificate (in case the student has pursued graduation before) Secondly, one needs to keep in mind the process required to be followed to join MBBS in Philippines. Students can register in any medical college in Philippines either as part of the “Autumn/September intake” or the “Winter/December Intake”. Once this is done, all one needs to do is apply through the university website or get the application done by an educational consultant. Once this process is complete, students shall receive a Letter of Admission/Letter of Recommendation, which signifies a successful application. Students are then required to submit the previously mentioned documents either independently or through an MBBS Abroad consultant. A Letter of Invitation is generated for those whose documentation process is successful. Now, the students only need to worry about the visa and air ticketing formalities as well as the eventual departure.

  3. The entire visa process, right from applying to the dispatch takes around 5-6 business days. All in all, these are the major doubts regarding MBBS in Philippines, which this particular post seeks to resolve. Through this, students will get a basic idea of how to begin their journey toward enrollment into a Filipino college. In the end, this shall only make one’s MBBS abroad journey smoother!
