  2. Red Wine • alcoholic beverage, any fermented liquor, such as wine, beer, or distilled spirits, that contains ethyl alcohol, or ethanol (CH3CH2OH), as an intoxicating agent. . Wine is made by fermenting the juices of grapes or other fruits such as apples (cider), cherries, berries, or plums. • Red wine is prepared by fermenting dark-red colored, crushed grapes. It contains a high amount of resveratrol, it is a natural antioxidant in the skin of grapes. They help to reduce oxidative pressure. • Malbec is the very popular red grape of Argentina, although it is originally derived in France as one among the 6 Bordeaux combining variations (yet, it’s used in the smallest amounts now). Rose wine is a type of wine created from special red wine grapes, because it is fermented for less time with red grape skins. This reduced skin touch gives Rose a rosy color and milder flavor than that of red wine. Malbec Retains a perfect sweet spot between cost and taste, Malbec is surely one of the most affordable and popular wines. This exceptionally popular wine is noticed for its strong taste and is a good alternative to more costly Syrahs and Cabernet Sauvignons.

  14. FA by Familia Arzuaga Malbec Intense Reserve • Elegant and balanced, this typical Malbec from the Uco Valley reflects the new tendency in winemaking to enhance the characteristics of the region where the grapes come from, allowing you to discover the taste of the fruit and varietal typicity. • This wine has a deep purple color with aromas of cherry, plum, and notes of black pepper. Its flavor is elegant on the palate with silky, sweet, and incense tannins. It also offers subtle notes of vanilla and chocolate, a product of its contact with oak.  This malbec pairs wonderfully with BBQ beef, and grilled seasoned vegetables, but it's also great for just sipping on its own.
