  10. GREIGE YARNS We produce greige yarns that are widely used for weaving, knitting, sewing and industrial applications. These products are manufactured at facilities located in Kharigram (Bhilwara), Lodha (Banswara), Rishabhdev (Udaipur) & Chhata (Mathura). The manufacturing of this particular product range at RSWM utilizes advanced automation machinery with minimal human touch. Equipped with advanced machinery from Switzerland, Germany and Italy, our greige yarn manufacturing units boast of cutting edge textile technology. They have a combined total of 3,17,952 spindles (including Kapaas and Ultima) and produce 1,21,000 MT of yarn per year in a count range of Ne 6s-60s. 8

  11. The company's unit in Bhilwara underwent a major expansion in 2011, building SJ-11, India's most sophisticated automation plant. It resulted in the addition of 51,840 spindles to facilitate production. The yarn from this factory is sold under the brand name ULTIMA® and is the finest polyester- viscose greige yarn in the Indian market. Kapaas, a name that justifies itself through its intrinsic qualities and the symbolism it carries. Just as cotton grows from the soil, it embodies the purity and authenticity of nature's offerings. Kapaas captures the essence of simplicity and elegance. It encompasses versatility in its various forms having 54,720 spindles. It aligns with sustainability and comfort. While being combed to provide immense smoothness, its also environmentally conscious and is a versatile yarn that offers lightweight breathability, softness, and versatility. 54,720 SPINDLES 14,000 MT ANNUAL PRODUCTION 9

  12. MÉLANGE YARNS Mélange yarns blend coloured fibres to create a range of effects in the woven or knit fabric, from subtle to bold. RSWM has nearly three decades of experience creating superior mélange yarns under the brand name Melantra. Our mélange yarn production is housed at three factories in Kharigram, Kanyakheri and Mandpam in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. We produce 24,000 MT of mélange annually on 105,744 spindles. Our yarn- dyeing machines can produce 4,000 metric tons annually. 10

  13. DYED YARNS Our dyed yarns are produced at facilities located in Kharigram (Bhilwara) and Ringas (Jaipur), Rajasthan. These plants excel in dyeing and creating fancy yarns like slub, spiral, loop and chenille. They offer designer yarns like Slub, Neppy, Siro, Siro Slub, CSY, Grindle and many more. With a monthly production of 32,000 MT in count ranges of Ne 2s to 50s, our dyed and fancy yarn capabilities rival the best across the world. 11

  14. COTTON YARNS We practice the international standards set by the Fairtrade Foundation when sourcing our cotton fibres. We purchase all grades of cotton for our customers' needs, while also ensuring a focus on long-staple fibres as per market needs. Our facilities are located in Lodha & Mordi (Banswara) in Rajasthan and Chhata (Mathura) in Uttar Pradesh having 2,03,040 spindles capacity. SYNTHETIC YARNS Our premium yarn spinning operation, RSWM EDGE®, provides the technical resources and versatility to manufacture products from any type of fibre-plant or man-made. At RSWM EDGE®, we continuously develop new yarn from innovative fibres like Celliant®, lonic+®, SeaCell and 37.50® Technology. TM We can blend fibres in any combination imaginable for apparel that ranges from high-street fashion to everyday wear. These products are appreciated and sought after by the biggest brands in the world. 12

  15. SUSTAINABLE TEXTILES 13

  16. SUSTAINABLE YARNS To reduce our carbon footprint, RSWM’s facility in Ringas near Jaipur transforms waste PET bottles into FibreGreen®, our certified recycled polyester fibre. This fibre is extensively used to produce an upcycled polyester yarn product that mimics virgin polyester. We also believe in supporting a universal standard for sourcing organic cotton fibres. We follow the processes set by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) and the Fairtrade Foundation. Our organic cotton is sourced from verified domestic and international suppliers. We focus a majority of our purchasing on long-staple fibres so we can spin the best-quality yarns for our customers, while also ensuring that our processes stay true to the cause of sustainability. We also believe in exercising exceptional diligence in sourcing our raw materials. To ensure sustainability in our products, we source raw materials like recycled polyester, organic cotton, bio based, lyocell, silk, linen, wool cupro, recycled cotton, biodegradable polyester materials like hemp, jute, Circulose®, NUCYCL® and SeaCell®. We can develop these materials into 100% pure fibres, blend them with other fibres or spin them with any man-made fibres. 14

  17. FibreGreen® FibreGreen® is made by processing waste material into fibre. In this process, the loss of useful resources is minimized. Disposed PET bottles are converted into flakes which are finally turned into fibre in different denier and cut for spinning into yarn. Plastic waste has overwhelmed the world, filling landfills and forming garbage patches in our oceans. To combat this ecological crisis, we are finding ways to upcycle polyester in our products. In terms of products performance, these recycled 100% polyester fibres are just like virgin polyester fibre having a production capacity in excess of 3600 tonnes per month. 15

  23. Green Energy Water Care Recycled Polyester Bio Fuel Plastic waste has engulfed the world in landfills and garbage patches on our oceans. To reverse this ecological crisis, we find ways to upcycle polyester in our products. Our facilities combat water consumption concerns in the textile industry by using advanced multi-stage treatment plants to recycle water. At RSWM, our efforts to reduce reliance on traditional modes of energy have led us to adopt renewable sources like solar and wind for our power needs. In order to replace fossil fuel consumption and reduce dependencies on harmful substances, we use dry husks to create biofuel to aid in our manufacturing processes. 76.5 MN KW Green Energy Used 8818 MT Bio Fuel Used 2336792 KL Recycled Water 51850 MT Recycled Polyester Recycled Cotton Organic Manure CO Emissions 2 PET Bottle Recycling In renewable energy sources, we have two hydro and wind-power projects along with a roof top solar power plant, aggregating a total of more than 300 MWs. Fibre Green is made by processing waste material into fibre. Disposed PET bottles are converted into flakes which are finally turned into fibre in different denier and cut for spinning into yarn. A large portion of textile waste includes discarded cotton. Recycled cotton paves new pathways to ensure valuable resource remains in a sustainable and circular system. Established facilities to transform its waste materials into organic manure, a sustainable approach that contributes to environmental stewardship. 8162 MT Recycled Cotton 183 Cr PET bottles recycled 8,00,000 Tonnes of CO emissions reduced 2 72357 KG Organic Manure Used We offer fabrics dyed with advanced techniques that use less water and chemicals. To round out our efforts, we treat all our post-process water in our own effluent treatment plant and further purify it via reverse osmosis before returning it to the environment cleaner than before. We proudly offer recycled yarns in our fabrics. Our state-of-the-art Garnett machine efficiently breaks down post- consumer waste fabrics and converts them into new usable fibres, we're weaving new fabric while eliminating excess waste from landfills.
