  1. HƯỚNG DẪN TẮT PRIVATE ADDRESS KHI SỬ DỤNG MẠNG CÔNG TY. Trên các thiết bị sử dụng hệđiều hành iOS 14, iPadOS 14, android 10 trở lên khi kết nối đến mạng Wifi sẽ tựđộng sử dụng địa chỉ MAC ngẫu nhiên. Việc sử dụng địa chỉ MAC ngẫu nhiên sẽ không xác thực được thiết bị trong hệ thống mạng công ty, đểthay đổi cài đặt này vui lòng làm theo hướng dẫn sau: 1.Trên thiết bị iOS: iPhone, iPad hoặc iPod touch Mởứng dụng Cài đặt, sau đó nhấn vào Wi-Fi. Nhấn vào nút thông tin bên cạnh mạng. Nhấn để bật hoặc tắt Địa chỉ riêng. Mặc định thiết bịđang bật “private address”, nhấn để tắt. 2.Trên thiết bị Android Vào mục cài đặt – Wifi. Trong mục cài đặt Wifi có tùy chọn Kiểu địa chỉ MAC, chọn MAC điện thoại. 3.Trên máy tính sử dụng Windows 10. Mở Settings  Nhấp vào Network & Internet Nhấp vào Wi-Fi  Bỏ tích nút chuyển đổi Use random hardware addresses.
