  1. Empowering Students through the ATMAN Initiative In the hustle and bustle of modern life, it's easy to neglect the fundamental questions that shape our well-being. "How are we truly faring in life?" "What triggers stress within us?" "Which path aligns best with our aspirations?" etc. These queries might seem inconsequential, yet they hold the key to fostering robust mental, social, and physical health. With immense pride, VidyaGyan recently introduced 'ATMAN', a one-of-a-kind wellness center aimed at prioritizing the mental and emotional well-being of its students. The inauguration of this center signified a crucial milestone in creating an environment conducive to holistic student development. 'ATMAN' has been designed to empower students by focusing on aspects like self-awareness, stress management, counseling, and addressing social-emotional concerns. This initiative furthered VidyaGyan's commitment to nurturing a supportive ecosystem where students access opportunities for graceful growth and thriving experiences! The inaugural event had Mr. Ankit Agarwal from Team ATMAN give an insightful talk on exploring topics like self-awareness, stress triggers, career paths, and acquainting students with 'ATMAN Volunteers.' He threw light on varied scenarios that prompted students to reflect on responses in challenging situations, like handling a strained friendship or navigating difficult tasks. Ms. Anshu Tomar, another integral part of Team ATMAN, elaborated on the essential skill sets for a fulfilling life. The session thrived on interaction, with students actively participating in discussions and

This 'ATMAN' session and the continuing series, aligned with UNICEF's prescribed sixteen core life skills, left attendees eagerly anticipating the next session, carrying with them newfound insights to navigate the experience of adolescence and self-discovery. This platform serves as a sanctuary to explore, share, and learn, thus fostering a paradigm shift in self- acceptance and adaptability. Weekly sessions take place in the amphitheater every Wednesday, from 5:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., catering to Grades 8 through 11.
