The Roots: VidyaGyan School (2010–2017) Aarzoo Mandhar completed her education at the Indian Leadership Academy, VidyaGyan. She studied there for seven years (2010–2017), studying subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. VidyaGyan also played a big role in developing her talent. VidyaGyan isn’t just a school. It’s an Indian leadership academy that balances academic excellence with personality development, critical thinking, and social responsibility. Aarzoo emerged not only with strong academic credentials but also with the confidence to dream bigger. The Wings: Delhi University (2017) to Amul, Lucknow (2024–Present) She enrolled at Delhi University in 2017 and earned her B.A. (Hons) in psychology in 2020. This shift from science to understanding human behaviour showed her interest in people and leadership. Arzo joined ConsultBay Private Limited in 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Associate. Based on her hard work, she completed it in 2024. Similar to VidyaGyan, IRMA emphasises business and social leadership. In May 2024, Aarzoo reached a major goal — becoming an Area Sales Manager at Amul in Lucknow.
