  1. BROCCOLI AND SOYA CHUNKS STIR FRY INGREDIENTS Broccoli (Chopped)- 50g Soya Chunks - 30g Sunflower oil - 3ml Small onions (chopped)- 2 nos Large tomato (chopped) - 1 nos Indian spices: cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, fenugreek powder, salt, and red chili powder Recommended to-5 years to 55 years Not recommended to- People on blood thinners, hypothyroid, kidney problems and allergic with soya chunks can avoid. METHOD OF PREPARATION Put 30g soya chunks in a bowl and add 200ml of water (room temperature). Let it soak for at least 15 minutes. Heat the Oil ,Take a pan and add 3 teaspoon of cooking oil. Let it heat for 2 minutes. After heating, add a full teaspoon of cumin seeds. Then, add the chopped onions and let them brown. Add one tablespoon each of turmeric powder, coriander powder, and fenugreek powder. Then, add the chopped tomatoes, a small amount of water, one tablespoon of salt, and half a tablespoon of red chili powder. Let it boil until the oil is released. Add the soya chunks after squeezing out the water, mix them, and cover the pan with a lid for 2 minutes on low flame. Add chopped broccoli pieces into the pan and mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and put it on low flame for 20 minutes. Serve broccoli and soya chunks stir fry with chapatti
