  2. VT SNAPSHOT Who Am I? I am François: a reformed chef, bon vivant, photographer, and author of two cookbooks. I grew up the proud son of French immigrants who taught me to love food and live a life full of passion and joy. My earliest attempts at cookery began with the filleting of my sister’s goldfish at age two and a braised rabbit dish made with my pet rabbits by age seven. I eventually stopped cooking my pets and went to the highly esteemed New England Culinary Institute in Vermont. After graduating top in my class from my cooking school. While working with Robuchon, I began to shape my personal culinary philosophy of “Cuisine Actuelle,” Since leaving the kitchen I authored 2 cookbooks, including an Amazon Top 50 book on French cooking. I would like to collaborate with you/your business to create beautiful unique content and recipes.
