  2. GENUINERELATIONSHIP EVIDENCE The most importantdocument is for you to prove your relationship with the sponsorapplicant is genuine andsubsisting. Any legal document to prove this relationship.

  3. FINANCIALDOCUMENTS The sponsor must prove they earn no less than £18600 per annum or at least have savings of no lessthan £62500. Official documents from your bank tax authorities and your employer will berequired.

  4. ACCOMODATION EVIDENCE As a sponspor you are required to evidence that you have sufficientaccomodation for yourspouse. Documents from your landlord and local authorities such as council will berequired.

  5. MAINTENANCE Youwillbe required to evidence that when your spouse joins you in the UK that they can maintain themselveswithoutbeing aburden on state benefits or recourse to public funds. You could show if you have a job offer or savings inplace.

  6. ENGLISHLANGUAGE & TBTEST Joining spose is are required to meet the minimum English language requirement so that they can easily adapt with the life in theUK. There are several acceptable language test available toyou. You must also pass a TB health test if you are comming from a list of countries that need thistest.
