  5. Foreman • Foreman is a person who analyzes the site and helps site engineer in getting the work done. His responsibilities are- • He coordinates with site engineer regularly and ensures proper distribution of workforce in the planned location. • He ensures with site engineer that the manpower for project is moving as per the contract. • He updates site engineer about the work progress. • He controls waste materials disposal as per the instructions he gets from site engineer. • He informs site manager which areas are ready for inspection.

  6. Safety Engineer • Safety engineer is a person who checks the safety aspects on the site.
