In Today’s era no one wants to get Aged look. Our skin is the largest and most exposed organ on our body and to the external environment. Our skin exposure to the sun, chemicals, objects that may cause harm, cold environment etc. that contribute to the quickening of your aging process. As a result, you need to make the extra effort to stay younger and take care of your skin on a daily basis.



As we all know that sleep is the most important part to get beautiful and younger looking skin. It also rebuilds damage skin cells. It is a very easy and useful tip because it doesn’t cost any money at all. If you are not getting sleep at least 8 to 9 hours daily then you will look 10 years older than your real age in the next 5 years. And one more thing, don’t sleep with your face pressed against the pillow because it can cause sleep lines that can turn into wrinkles.



Our skin needs to breathe like we breathe. With the daily exposure to the external environment, our skin exposed to all sort of dirt. Cleansing skin helps you to get rid of dirt. Doesn’t use soap while washing your face always go for a gentle face cleanser to get sticky dirt?



The use of quality moisturizer is essential for the well being of the skin because they keep it elastic, protected and healthy and nourish your skin with anti ageing properties.



Water is important not just for your life but for quality of life as well. Doctors recommended to drink 7 to 8 glass of water per day. But my recommendation is make a habit to drink at least 12 glasses of water daily. This will leave a radiant glow on your skin which will make you look younger and keep you healthy.



Drink at least one glass of Milk daily. Milk has hydrating properties, which prevents dryness and promote moisture. It also helps to reduce skin darkening and nourish the skin.



What you eat can be defined by your skin appearance. A diet rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants counters free radicals which are responsible for aging signs such as fine lines and wrinkles. Vitamins and minerals also provide your body the right nutrients that enable your skin to fight with infections.



Exercise is a short way for Anti Aging skin. Researchers have proven that 30 minutes of exercise every day can go a long way in stopping that aging process.
