Create a Facebook Carousel Ad 1- From your page For creating a carousel ad, from your page, click on the "promote" button present on the top right corner of the page and then click on "Promote your website". Then you will see the Ads window open up, which is present under the "Image" section, where you have to click on the "+" button to add multiple cards to your carousal. After adding the number of cards of your choice, you can add an image and headings to every card.
