These fibers’ threads are woven tightly though their appearance is somewhat sheer since very thin threads are used. When relaxed, the material crackles. The reason for this is that the threads are very twisted. Thus, there is a somewhat rough feeling when you touch it. In fact, the fabric has a flowing, bouncy look because of this.
