Case. You are called to consult an inpatient on MDE with new-onset abdominal pain. The patient is a 56M admitted 1 week ago to receive chemotherapy for chronic lymphocytic leukemia. He developed fevers, watery bloody diarrhea and RLQ abdominal pain. His ANC is <100. On exam, he has no bowel sounds
