  3. How to Clean Eyelash Extensions? Here’s a step-by-step guide about how to clean your eyelash extensions. 1. The first step is to take an oil-free makeup remover and gently remove the makeup around your eyes. Avoid the lash extensions while doing so. You can use a cleanser as well to do the same. 2. Use your regular remover to clean the foundation from your face. Since foundation removers usually contain oil, these products should not come anywhere near your lash extensions. 3. After you have removed your makeup, wet your lashes with cool or lukewarm water. You can either take the water in your hands and splash it gently or wet an eyelash cleaning brush and apply it on your lashes. Do not attempt to do this with hot water.
