  1. THE COOP’S 2ND VIRTUAL MEETING is all set to take place on the 15TH AND 16TH OF NOVEMBER

  2. The Cooperative Logistics Network is offering its members the opportunity of coming together again virtually. Under the present pandemic circumstances, it is still not safe to hold an in-person meeting. This is why Coop is organizing Virtual Meeting for the second time. Why Attend?

New business opportunities The virtual one-to-one meetings will give you the chance to create more long-term collaborative projects with trustworthy freight forwarders from across the 5 continents. This will surely result in a positive impact on your sales and business volume from your network partners. To make the most of your Coop membership, make sure to attend the meeting! Promote your company The Virtual Meeting will give you the opportunity to promote your business among over 300 top logistics companies. This is a once in a year opportunity to highlight your brand and obtain lucrative projects by networking with those partners you have previously chosen. It will surely lead to an increase in your sales.

The online One-to-one meetings are the best occasion to reconnect with old partners and foster your connections with the new members. Additionally, it will allow you to stay tuned with the recent trends and events in territories where you do business.   5. Virtual Meeting’s Checklist Register your attendance Go to your 'Members Area' on the top right corner of The Cooperative’s website. After logging in, click on the ‘Meeting Registration’ button on the Dashboard on the left of the page. You will receive a confirmation email with the schedule of the Meeting adapted to your time zone. Do not forget to check your agenda. • Schedule your meetings The One-to-one Meeting Scheduler will open on 20th October for agents who have applied for Early Access to the One-to-one Meeting Scheduler. For the rest of the members, it will open on 21th October. It will close a couple of days before the Virtual Meeting starts and you will receive an email with your final agenda, including all the meetings you have scheduled.

  6. Virtual Meeting’s Checklist Test the meeting platform • The Cooperative’s team will arrange for a test with all the delegates before the Event. Any troubles with the videoconferencing platform? It is the time to inform us so that we can help you fix the issue. • Connect to our platform • The delegates will be able to download the programme manual a few days before the Virtual Event. • On the 15th & 16th November just hit the link we send by email and login to the platform using your username and password.

  7. What to expect Online One-to-One meetings Delegates will be able to participate in up to 32 one-to-one video conferences of 20 minutes duration with other members they have previously chosen. 2 days of face-to-face meetings with your partners is more productive than weeks of emails & phone calls. FreightViewer Workshops The two days of The Cooperative’s Virtual Meeting will also include online FreightViewer workshops where delegates will be provided with live demonstrations regarding all the latest updates added to this Transportation Management Software during the last year.

  8. What to expect The best conferencing platform Like last year, you will get to use a user-friendly meeting platform integrated with our website. Additionally, we have upgraded it to make this year’s event an even better experience for connecting, networking and collaborating. It will allow you to quickly register and schedule your meetings, and do seamless video-conferencing. • Support team Throughout the event, The Cooperative’s support team will assist the delegates with any technical or IT problems they might face. During the meeting, if you or your meeting partner experience the slightest issue with the videoconferencing platform or with any other member, you can write us through the support button on the page.
