Team RLA Entertainment's goal is to provide authentic one-of-a-kind instrumental tracks for artists and musicians, individuals and corporations who are looking to differentiate themselves in their marketplace with a unique sound. In addition, its purpose is to give up and coming music artists a chance to showcase their work.

  4. •All instrumental tracks can are purchased for limited-term usage for a term of two years. •To purchase exclusive rights, just select the track and request exclusive rights. Once your request is received, an invitation to bid will be sent to our clients inviting them to place a blind bid on the track. Any interested party can submit a bid. •After seven days, you will be notified with the outcome of your bid. Once a song is purchased for exclusive use, buyers who previously purchased the track will be notified that they are no longer allowed to use the track for commercial use.

  5. •The individual or company with exclusive rights will have six months to use the track in a production or the track must be returned back to the Team RLA Entertainment library unless the company chooses to purchase an extension. •Any additional extensions will have to be approved by Team RLA Entertainment. All rights will be owned by Team RLA Entertainment. •The track will still be owned by Team RLA Entertainment and will be able to collect a royalty from the track. After your exclusive term, the track can be made available for sale, at the discretion of Team RLA Entertainment.

  6. •If you do not purchase a track for exclusive use, the same track can be purchased by a different company. Lyrical compositions are not available for exclusive use.
