Also leading the Business Development efforts for the firm. Mohammed Abubacker Siddiq, CFO & Founder. Abu backer has over 13 years of experience in designing communication, and fire alarm systems for all type of public / private applications.   3. PROJECTS by VDEC Services Catered By VDEC 3D BIM Modelling 3D Models are developed for Architecture, Structure & MEP trades from PDF & CAD inputs. Shops/Installation, Spool, CAM, Trimble, Equip PAD, Sleeve & Riser drawings 3 Scan to BIM The point cloud data from Laser Scans are developed into a 3D model. Health Medical Office Building Clash Detection & Coordination 2D Design drawings are developed into 3D BIM Model for constructability review and clash detection. 4D/ 5D Sequencing The 4th dimension time and 5 dimension cost will be added to the fully developed 3D BIM model for construction scheduling & cost analysis. 3D as-built documentation 3D As-built model & documentation will be updated from Red-line mark-ups received from site team. Scan To BIM Quantity Take-offs Quantities are extracted from a fully developed 3D BIM model.
