  3. WHEN ZOMATO WAS ESTABLISHED, IT WAS INITIALLY NAMED AS “FOODIEBAY”. IN NOVEMBER 2010 IT WAS RENAMED AS “ZOMATO”. PARENT COMPANY OF ZOMATO IS INFO EDGE. ZOMATO IS ANMOBILE BASED APPLICATION. IT WORKS IN FOOD AND RESTAURANT SECTOR

TAGLINE= DISCOVER GREAT PLACES TO EAT AROUND YOU. • CONTENT THAT SETS ZOMATO APART FROM OTHERS IS ITS RESTAURANT AND NIGHTLIFE, GUIDE WITH MENUES , PICTURES AND MAP LOCATIONS. • TARGET GROUP- ALL SMART PHONE USERS. • POSITIONING OF ZOMATO ARE IS – IT PROVIDES THE “GUIDE” OR THE “DISCOVERY” EXPERIECNCE OF RESTAURANTS AND FOOD GUIDE.
