  2. Desi ghee usage Ghee was used as a basic cooking oil in the kitchen. But now, many use ghee for specific dishes or sweets once in a while. Ghee is not just used for taste, aroma and flavour. It is also used for several other treatments and remedies. Pure desi ghee is prepared by the vedic process. Many researchers and studies have proved the benefits and importance of using ghee everyday. Thus, many people have started using organic grass fed ghee. The only difference you can see is, some prepare ghee at home and some have shifted to the fancy glass bottles available at the stores.
