Students looking to go to New Zealand to study for more than three months would require applying for a New Zealand Visa. A student visa allows applicants to study full-time in New Zealand for a set period of time. New Zealand study visa requirements for Indian students If you are a candidate willing to apply for your New Zealand Student Visa, you must have the following documents as part of their visa application process: Valid passport (INZ 1012) Completed Student Visa Application Form Application charge payment receipt Letter from your present institution validating status as a study abroad student Health insurance receipt You may need to deposit Health and Character certificates, (this is needed to prove that your intention of staying in New Zealand is legitimate) Two passport-sized photographs • • • • • •
