Method 1: Fix Error by Using QuickBooks Tool Hub: • First of all, close QuickBooks Desktop and all the running programs. • And, download the latest version of QuickBooks Tool Hub. • The file will be on the QuickBooksToolHub.exe form. • Now, save the downloaded file, where you can easily find it. • After that, open the downloaded file QuickBooksToolHub.exe file. • Then, you will see some on-screen instructions, follow them. • And agree with the terms and conditions. • A popup will show on your screen with the License Agreement, read this and click on the Yes tab to accept it.

Choose the destination location for QuickBooks Tool Hub and click on the Next button. • Now, click on the Install option, to start the installation. • You have to click on the Finish option. • When the process is finished, open the tool. • Then, choose the Installation issues option and click on the 3371 error to fix it. • Now, click on the Ok button to confirm your selection. • It can take some time. When the QuickBooks Tool Hub resolves the issue, you can start QuickBooks and open the data file.

Method 2: Delete the MSXML File Manually: • Close all the running programs on your desktop. • Then, click on the Windows icon and type Run on the search bar and Run it. • You have to type or copy and paste the following path: C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Entitlement Client\v8 • After that, press Enter to open the folder. If it does not open, then enter the following in the Run box: C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Entitlement Client\v6 • You have to find the MSXMLDataStore.ecml file. • And, press right-click on this file and choose the Delete option. • When the MSXML file is deleted, then open QuickBooks and register again. • Now, your problem has been solved.
