Choose the destination location for QuickBooks Tool Hub and click on the Next button. • Now, click on the Install option, to start the installation. • You have to click on the Finish option. • When the process is finished, open the tool. • Then, choose the Installation issues option and click on the 3371 error to fix it. • Now, click on the Ok button to confirm your selection. • It can take some time. When the QuickBooks Tool Hub resolves the issue, you can start QuickBooks and open the data file.
Method 2: Delete the MSXML File Manually: • Close all the running programs on your desktop. • Then, click on the Windows icon and type Run on the search bar and Run it. • You have to type or copy and paste the following path: C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Entitlement Client\v8 • After that, press Enter to open the folder. If it does not open, then enter the following in the Run box: C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Entitlement Client\v6 • You have to find the MSXMLDataStore.ecml file. • And, press right-click on this file and choose the Delete option. • When the MSXML file is deleted, then open QuickBooks and register again. • Now, your problem has been solved.
