  4. CONCEPT DESIGN Stiely Design does not churn out projects that reinforce our brand, as so many others tend to do. What makes our projects so distinctive is that they truly are a reflection of each client’s own ideas, not another reiteration of our own style. COUNCIL APPROVALS Once the development application is approved, the building application can be lodged. This application mainly deals with the building interior and access/egress from the building.
