Tea Jasmine

Spice Zenu2019s Jasmine Green Tea is smooth, delicate and faintly sweet, with a nutritious, soothing fragrance. The flavour is best enjoyed without adding sweetener, although you can add a pinch of sugar or stevia to taste. Re-steeping this tea produces an equally flavoursome beverage. 1. Tea Jasmine

  2. Tea Jasmine • Jasmine petals can be brewed with other teas such as Oolong but traditionally Jasmine tea is made with green tea leaves. Subject to less processing and oxidation, green tea produces a stronger floral scent and less bitter tannins. Tea Jasmine

  3. Unlike black tea, green tea leaves do not undergo a heavy fermentation process. The high chlorophyll content of unprocessed leaves results in a vivid emerald colouration. When steamed, Jasmine Green Tea produces a clear golden liquid with a well-balanced jasmine aroma and a delicate sweetness with hints of fresh grass, cinnamon and slight astringency. • Spice Zen’s Jasmine Green Tea is smooth, delicate and faintly sweet, with a nutritious, soothing fragrance. The flavour is best enjoyed without adding sweetener, although you can add a pinch of sugar or stevia to taste. Re-steeping this tea produces an equally flavoursome beverage.

  4. Jasmine Green tea also makes a deliciously, appealingly coloured iced tea. Mix it with ice cubes and a dollop of honey. Honey complements tea’s already considerable antioxidant health benefits. Green tea is considerably richer in antioxidants than black, however, both varieties can boost metabolism and assist in weight loss.  • Enjoy our organic Jasmine tea at any-time of the day. It goes well on the dinner table, pairing well with spicy food, white meat, seafood, vegetables, potato, carrot cake or Asian cuisine.
