  3. Deep Drawn Can • For more than 70 years, National Manufacturing Co., Inc.has been producing deep drawn cans, boxes, and bottles, as well as irregular shaped products. Deep drawing requires tooling such as a punch, blank holder and die. A punch is forced against a material blank and the desired form is shaped by drawing the material through the die. • Deep drawn cans can be produced using a variety of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, aluminized steel, cold rolled steel, brass, bronze, nickel, and titanium.
