INTRODUCTION • 3D scanning is a course of action to capture a real-world object with exact size and shape into the computer as 3-Dimensional picture, the data collected through 3D scanning helps to analyze, reconstruct and also used for 3D projects. • Three-Dimensional scanning technology is used in many industries like automobile, healthcare, manufacturing, etc. 

  3. TYPES of 3D SCANNING There are different types of 3D scanning some are, • Laser 3D scanning,  • photogrammetry,  • structured light 3D scanning and  • contact based 3D scanning.
