  1. According to many experts, a cluttered, disorganized office can hurt your productivity, and that's not all. Whether you have a home office or you work in an office building, there are several disadvantages of clutter and disorganization. Consider all of the time you waste looking for something that should be within easy reach; that alone cuts down on your productivity. Not only does clutter lead to decreased productivity and wasted time, but clutter can also lead to depression. When your office is not organized, it makes it feel unbalanced. You may feel a heaviness or unpleasant feeling when you enter. The energy of the space is not as good as it can be. If you have clients come to your office, they will feel the negative energy as well. Clients may also have questions about trusting you to do work for them when it seems that you can't keep your office organized. Ways in Which an Unorganized Office Can Hurt Your Career and How to Fix It Now that you understand how bad an unorganized office can be, it's time to turn things around and organize your workspace. The first step is to look around and determine whether or not you need everything in there; you may find that you are holding on to things that are no longer useful. Get rid of

  2. whatever you aren't using and don't need. You can toss it, give it away, or donate it, but do it right away so that you don't end up holding on to it. Does your desk have storage? If not, sell it and use the money to buy a new desk. Choose a home office desk with storage. Choose one with shelves and drawers, then buy boxes and bins to organize everything on your desk. You can only organize when everything has a place; bins, baskets, and bookends help you give everything on your desk a home. An L-shaped desk provides extra room for your printer and other accessories. An office drawer organizer or two keep everything in the drawers at your fingertips. Without these organizers, things in the drawers become a jumbled mess. Buy one of these drawer organizers for each drawer. A pencil cup helps you keep pens and pencils within easy reach; they keep your pens from rolling off the desk or underneath other items. Reorganize your office so that it makes sense for the way you work. Your furniture placement may have something to do with the disorganization you feel. Keep things that you use often within easy reach, and put other things in out-of-the-way corners or closets. Pay attention to the flow of your office; is it working for you? If it's not working, change it.

  3. You may not realize it now, but once your office is organized, you'll feel better and more comfortable in the space. Your work and mood can even improve. Don't let clutter hurt your bottom line. Take the initiative and turn your office into a peaceful place. Contact US E-mail : support@likemommadid.com Website : https://likemommadid.com/
