Incentive and Meeting Planning Travel

Group Incentive

  • Group travel is the traditional format of choice for many companies to deliver incentives. On a group program the entire group participates in the same itinerary at the same time.

Individual Incentive

  • Individual Incentive programs allow participants to choose their own reward based on the parameters you set.
Group travel offers many advantages:

It is predicable; you know exactly when your group will be out of the office, and for how long

  • You have control over the experience – you can reinforce your company brand and message
  • With all your winners in one place company meetings and seminars are easily arranged
  • Group travel experiences can build great camaraderie between team members and between participants and senior management as well
  • Group travel programs can be very cost effective as many participants are sharing the organization and management expenses
Examples of group programs:

Your 100 top sales performers go on a culinary tour through Tuscany.

Your 16 best performers go to a remote fishing lodge in Alaska and take daily float plane excursions to the best salmon streams.

Your top 50 product reps go to Hawaii to enjoy a five star resort and participate in a variety of daily adventures, ranging form hiking the volcanoes, to bicycle touring, and sea kayaking.

Individual incentives advantages:
  • Participants can choose their own reward. This is often the preferred method for recipients.
  • You don't have all your performers out at the same time.
  • Recipients can travel when it is most convenient or attractive for them based on their individual needs and/or responsibilities.
  • Participants can participate in their own personal version of an adventure.
  • Individual travel rewards are more popular with accompanying spouses/guests.

  • Full proposal and itemized costing developed in line with the brief and budget
  • Development of specialized marketing programs to complement and raise the perception of incentive campaigns or conference
  • Regular client meetings with Action Plans and Contact Reports, keeping the client fully up to date with project development
  • Development of a Payment Schedule advising deposit requirements and critical payment dates and management of payments to all suppliers
  • Inspection Visit to confirm all aspects of the program
  • The production of a complete Travel Information Pack containing pre-departure registration form, general travel notes, itinerary and bag labels, with full co-ordination of copywriting, design and dispatch
