Check Web Browser Settings • clear the cache and cookies of your browser • you can’t open the attached files, check the browser related settings, placed on the Tools, Options, or Preferences menu of the browser. • Here, you can change the settings and choose where you want your downloads saved.

  3. Decrease file size • you can attach more than 50 files to an email message with a determined total 25MB message size • If you require sending files more than 25 MB, try to use a free file hosting tool such as YouSendIt or Dropbox.

  4. Eliminate special characters from the file name • unique character, such as $, #, /, or @ in the file name can create issues in sending emails.

  5. Reformat Encrypted Files • If the attached files seem corrupted or won't open, it may be that they are encrypted. Encryption can only operate if both the sender and receiver have the key to crack it; therefore it’s best to speak with the sender to resend the unencrypted file.
