  1. ‘The course and aspects of an LLB degree in India.’ Law is seen as a prestigious career path that has been followed by many great leaders of the past. In order to become a lawyer, one must go through with a degree in law starting at the undergraduate level with BA. LLB being the most sought-after degree by students and institutes. There are some of the top BA LLB colleges in India which hold their place among the best colleges in India. There are many options to pick a specialization in law, including cyber law, corporate law, family law, criminal law, civil specializations law, and many more. While choosing a law college for enrollment, students must look at the different eligibility requirements for the LLB degree in colleges of their choice. They should check to see if they meet those basic eligibility requirements. The percentage they have scored in their 12thstandard boards will dictate their eligibility for applying into these programs. The students would have to research more about the course concepts and details about the courses offered by different law schools, the faculty and teaching staff in these colleges, the entrance exams scores and requirements to get accepted into the law schools and so on. The students will then prepare and appear for various entrance exams like the; CLAT, LSAT, AILET, Maharashtra- Common Entrance Test in Law, and the Symbiosis Law Admission test (SLAT). Once the applicants have appeared for the tests and scored well in these entrance exams it will be easier for them to be accepted in the college of their choice and build a career in law. The law courses in India are mostly offered though a three- or four-year degree. There are diploma and certificate programs as well; however, the degree program remains to be the most popular. These programs are taught both fulltime and parttime, with fulltime being a more popular choice. The delivery method, depending on the degree type, can be online, distance/correspondence learning, or a regular classroom method, depending on how rigorous and demanding the program is.
