A mediation date can also be ?xed at this point. In the event that mediation fails, the court will ?x a case conference for directions to be given in preparation for a hearing to be conducted in the determination of the issues, The Second stage In contested proceedings, once the interim judgment is granted, the court will ?x a case conference.
