One game that I enjoy in particular is the "Geometry" card game which is available from No Thank You, Inc. Another great game for kids that incorporate science is the "Math Blast!" This is a math game that is available from The Learning Annex, which incorporates science, math, logic and problem solving into the game in an enjoyable way.The 2-hour per week courses focus on subject areas, are led by student facilitators under the direction of librarian supervising, and provide study material in math and reading comprehension. In a related course, students learn about statistics. This course is a great introduction to statistics. Units on topics such as calculus, physics, chemistry, astronomy, computer science, and engineering also must be passed. Additional requirements, in order to graduate, are a passing score on the core exam, a minimum grade in each of the required courses, and successful completion of an approved teacher training program.
