  2. Emergency Care Programs is New York City's largest prehospital emergency medical training company. Since 1984, Emergency Care Programs have taught well over 30,000 EMT's and has certified over 20,000 people in CPR, Automated External Defibrillator Use and First Aid.

EMT TRAINING PROGRAMS Emergency Care Programs is an official training agency of The American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) - Emergency Care & Safety Institute (ECSI), The National Safety Council (NSC), The American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI), an affiliate of the Maimonides Medical Center / American Heart Association (AHA) Community Training Center, as well as a certified course sponsor of CFR & EMT Training for the NY State Department of Health, Bureau of EMS.
