DAY 1:-AHMEDABAD-KUTCH Pick up from Ahmedabad Airport/Railway Station then transfer to Kutch ,check in bhunga and after freshen up visit :- Rann Mahotsav in Evening:- Organised every year between October/ November and February, Rann Utsav is one of the most eagerly awaited tourism events not only in Gujarat but also India. As you step inside Rann Utsav, you will find yourself surrounded by local art and artifacts at the Haat, replete with Rann Utsav activities, intricate embroidery, terracotta, block printing and wood carving and much more. The cultural activities at Rann Utsav have been one of the key highlights of Rann Kutch Festival . To sum it up, there’s something for everyone at Rann Utsav DAY 2:-KUTCH –BHUJ After breakfast check out and transfer to visit :- Gandhi Nu Gam :- A traditional village in Ludiya, Kutch, where every family is well-versed with local crafts and handicrafts. The village was almost destroyed in the 2001 earthquake. The village was reconstructed in the ‘Bhunga House’ style inspired by the local craftsman that survived the earthquake. Kalo Dungar Hill:- Kalo Dungar also known as Black Hill marks Kutch’s highest point (462 m), with remarkable views of the Great Rann salt flat. The hill is also famous for a 400-year old temple dedicated to Lord Dattatreya. Brief History: Legends say that Lord Dattatreya stopped to rest here and found a group of starving jackals. He offered them his body to eat and as they ate, his body continually regenerated itself. For the last four centuries, the priests at the temple prepare cooked rice for jackals who come in the late evenings for a meal. Transfer to Bhuj, visit:- Aina Mahal Parag Mahal Kutch Museum Bhujodi Village Check in hotel and Overnight stay. DAY 3:-BHUJ-JAMNAGAR-DWARKA After breakfast, check out transfer to Dwarka, enroute sightseeing of Jamnagar:- Bala Hanuman Temple Transfer to Dwarka, check Inn and after freshen proceed for:- Dwarkadhish Dham Darshan Overnight Stay. DAY 4:-DWARKA-BHET-DWARKA After breakfast ,Dwarka visit :- Nageshwar Jyotirlinga :- he revered site is home to one of the 12 jyotirlingas (self-manifested shivalinga) in India The Jyotirlinga is in an underground sanctum. The major attraction of this temple is a 25-meters tall statue of Lord Shiva in a large garden with a pond surrounding the statue. Devotees also believe that the one who prays to the lord becomes free of poison i.e.negativities. The lingam at Nageshwar is unique as it consists of a stone popularly known as the Dwarka Stone. Gopi Talav:- It said that Gopis when learnt that the LORD KRISHNA is no more they left their bodies and went to vishnu loka. But their Bodies become mud and all fell on ground in this pond. All the Vaishnavaites apply Gopi Chandan on their forehead and other parts on the bodies. The Gopi chandan is nothing but the mud on the banks of the pond (talav). Bhet Dwarka :- Bet Dwarka is believed to have been the actual residential place of Lord Krishna during his ruling years of Dwarka.It is said the Lord resided with his family at bet Dwarka famous Places to Visit here is Sri Kesavrai ji Temple,it dates abck to 500 Years , Hanuman Dandi Temple, Abhaya Mata Temple Rukmini devi Temple - t is dedicated to Goddess Rukmini The present structure of temple is inferred to belong to the 19th century.The temple is also known for its jal daan (water offering) custom where devotees are asked to donate water to temple. Gayatri Temple Evening at beach , Overnight stay. DAY 5:-DWARKA-PORBANDAR-SOMNATH After breakfast check out from Dwarka and transfer to Somnath Enroute visit Porbandar :- PORBANDAR :- The Birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi. The coastal city is also believed to be the birthplace of Sudama, Lord Krishna's friend and devotee.
Kirti Mandir ;- Kirti Mandir is a small museum at the birthplace of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi The museum displays items used by Gandhi, life size paintings of Kasturba and Gandhiji by Shri Yutt along with some old photographs, and houses a library of books either written by Gandhi or relating to his philosophies. Visitors can also enter Gandhi's ancestral home through the museum. It has been visited by world leaders. Sudama temple:- Sudama Temple is dedicated to Sudama who was the childhood friend of Lord Krishna and is the only temple in India dedicated to him. The temple was built by Shri Ram Devji Jethwa of the Jethwa dynasty between 1902 and 1907 CE. Evening Proceed to Somnath Jyotirlinga Temple for Light and Sound Show . Later check in Hotel and Overnight stay. DAY 6:-SOMNATH-GIR After breakfast check out , visit Bhalka Tirth & Triveni Ghat and transfer to Gir, enjoy Gir Jeep safari check inn Hotel, overnight Stay. Day 7:-Gir-Bhavnagar After breakfast check out from hotel and visit:- Nishkalank Mahadev Temple :- he temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple has 5 distinct swayambhu Shiva lingams on a square platform and each is having a Nandi statue facing it. This temple is submerged during high tides in the sea and emerges during low tides to reveal itself majestically, promising its devotees to wash away all sins. During the high tide, the idol of the lord is submerged and all that can be seen are the flag and a pillar. The temple was built with special care to withstand high tides and it truly remains an unsolved mystery to modern engineers and technology experts.
