Project Overview • Objective:  Online High-end luxury watches • Name : Infinity Watches • Brief: This project is led by a group of 4 people whose aim is to collaborate to develop a website for a customer focused company called Infinity Watches, a top of the line watch selling online retailer. They require a shopping application to facilitate the service of online shopping, management of the goods' and online payment in the purchasing. Online users will have to create an online account so they can be authenticated via username and password. This will provide security to users.

Project overview • Customer satisfaction : Customers will have a great experience as they will be able to shop for several brands of watches in one place, compare prices and see what is in stock. We believe we can reach out a wider client base and give them the best online retail experience.  • Business Value: Our website will provide users access to a variety of watches online. It will show available products and an online payment method. The online shopping and stock management service will let user experience a streamlined and efficient shopping experience.

  17. Project Management Method To deliver this project, Agile Scrum methodology will be used to allow flexibility with the changes as required. Agile project management focuses on delivering maximum value against business priorities in the time and budget allowed. • Several small sprints prioritised by importance • Collaborative working • Reflect, learn and adjust at regular intervals • Integrate planning with execution, respond effectively to changing requirements

  18. Agile Scrum Methodology Sprint-based project management system, where goal is to deliver the highest value to stakeholders. In a Sprint-based model, scrum team receives feedback from stakeholders after each sprint. If there are any changes, the scrum team can quickly adjust product goals to meet stakeholders' requirements.
