There's comfort in tradition, protocols and processes; however, 20th century ways of doing business probably don't work in the 21st century. Working as you always have just doesn't cut it any longer. The familiarity of staid business practices can cost your organization in time, people and profits. While change is often unsettling, it can be exhilarating and profitable. As the saying goes, nothing ventured, nothing gained.
