Keyword: Japanese, Ramen Description: The ramen spice level is very nice. The mild was apparently pretty mild, but there is a jar of pepper powder to fine tune to your preference. Long line, but the ability to put yourself on the wait list online makes it not so much of a concern... just put yourself on and get there before the recommended time because the wait list estimate is pretty pessimistic and might cause you to miss your place in line if you come at the recommended time. Everything we had here was delicious. The tonkatsu ramen is totally delicious! We ordered extra noodles, but probably didn't need to. The marufuku bites were incredible, even the mayonnaise tasted fresh or homemade. The service was very good too, everyone was friendly and attentive.
