  1. What is an electric grippers? Electric grippers are also known as servo electric grippers. Grippers is a special device that fits onto the robot or machine. Gripper is assisted to move object from one place to another, also you can control the speed and gripping force of gripper, to handle the object carefully. It comes IO-Link hybrid grippers that are excellent for users who are bringing their gripping applications into the world of Industries 4.0 with an extremely rugged, hard- coated, steel-in-steel profile groove guide it can take on any role. It was designed for truly universal use and has many features One more objective of electric gripper are more affordable compare to pneumatic griper and because pneumatic gripper require compressor also it produce noise. Electric Gripper Mechanism Electric gripper consists of servo motor and gearbox, position sensor and electric motor. You can send the instruction to gripper from your system. The command is consisting of speed, gripping force and position. The servo will maintain motor position and resist any change unless it received any signal. 1. Wedge hook mechanism 2. Gripper jaw 3. Dual lip seal 1

  2. 4. Steel Linear Guide 5. Mounting and positioning 6. BLDC motor 7. Advanced control module 8. Drive train 2 Jaw and 3 Jaw Grippers 2 jaw grippers provide equal force and stability, 2 Jaw gripper can adapt to an object size. 2 Jaw gripper can use for variety of task, but they also work well for automated processes. While handling an item, 3-jaw grippers provide you greater flexibility and precision. The three jaws also make it simple to align the centers of rounded workpieces with the fingers. Due to the increased surface area and grasp strength of the third finger/jaw, 3- jaw grippers may also be used to transport heavier objects. Application Servo electric grippers are used in assembly task on production line. As an alternative, you may use them for machine-tending application. Some grippers are capable of handle many shapes of objects. 2
