Communica?ng to all of you and bringing you to speed on the various developments in the organiza?on at periodic intervals is a task which I have taken to myself along with my Leadership Team. I would want each and every colleague of ourselves to understand and appreciate the progress SeedWorks is making across func?ons and the role each one of you are playing to ensure that we build a sustained and profitable business in THE RIGHT WAY. I also want this communica?on to be a two way and we will solicit your feedback, ideas and sugges?ons to make SeedWorks a great seed company and an aspira?onal employer in the Indian Seed Industry. and Go To Market for the en?re sales organiza?on to bring in effec?veness and efficiency in sales and market development process. Supply chain created independent sub func?ons of Seed Produc?on Research(SPR) /Parent Seed Planning (PSP). Delivering quality products consistently and on a sustainable basis will build a lot of trust with the farmer in addi?on to making us a winner in the marketplace, to this end we have created an independent QC func?on repor?ng to the CEO. Finance and Research have strengthened their teams with new addi?ons. All in all, we got good talent on board to support our growth plans and I am proud to say that we are going strong. HR Organiza?on has been strengthened to support our growth plans and providing opportuni?es for employee learning and advancement. are reviewing our employee policies and our endeavour is to be compe??ve in the industry we operate. Happy to share that our revised Group Mediclaim /Group Personal Accidental/Group Term Life Insurance policies are among the best in the Industry. We We have completed the first six months of FY-18 and would like to congratulate and thank each one of you and all the other stakeholders who work with you (Field staff, trade partners and vendors) for an excellent all-round performance which has made US Agri brand as one of the preferred choices for the Rice/Co?on farmer in India. We have grown 11.8% & 15.4% over FY-17 in Volume and Revenue terms in Hybrid Rice and 70.7% & 75.5% over FY-17 in Volume and Revenue terms in Co?on. There were lot of headwinds as we progressed through the season but your perseverance, determina?on, hard work and un?ring efforts ensured that we emerge as a winner. Thanks again. C. I am also pleased to inform you that we are relaunching our Vegetable business in Q3 of 2017 under our popular US Agri brand, Vegetable organiza?on is being built currently and the team is working rd hard on ensuring a launch by 3 Qtr. D. We have engaged with a top-notch management consultant th (Avalon) for 12 weeks effec?ve 24 September,2017 and together we would create a Mission/Vision for this journey of SeedWorks. Some of you are already engaged in this project and we will do road shows in the month of January 2018 to share our Mission/Vision and the role all of you will play to ensure that we stay commi?ed to our Mission/Vision. Warm welcome to all our new colleagues and I thank each one of you for considering SeedWorks as your employer, I wish all of you a successful and rewarding career in SeedWorks. Thanks to all of you for playing an important role in maintaining our performance standards, commitment to excellence and making us a great workplace. E. We have moved to a new “OPEN”, “EFFERVESCENT” and “TRENDY” office at a loca?on in heart of Hyderabad city. This unique office is first of its kind in the Agri input industry, addi?onally we are also inves?ng and building infrastructure in areas of supply chain and research as required. We have accomplished many more things together with all your support and the broad highlights are As Seedsman our job doesn't end only by selling but ensuring that we handhold the farmer throughout the crop cycle, I am sure each one of you are working hard to ensure that farmer is ge?ng a boun?ful crop and we are mee?ng his expecta?ons. The next six months are cri?cal as we need to ensure that we plan right in areas of supply chain, do the right advancement of products, work hard to showcase our technologies and products to the farmers in the harvest season while engaging our trade partners, government ins?tu?ons and agriculture department in all the work we are doing around farmer extension ac?vity. A. Seed Work Values: The RIGHT WAY as we are calling has been th unveiled on the 24 of September,2017. HR in collabora?on with all the func?onal leads will organize educa?on, awareness and training on the RIGHT WAY. Needless to say, that the RIGHT WAY is not a CHOICE but a COMMITMENT by each one of you. B. Organiza?on building: We have restructured the organiza?on as appropriate to support our strategy and growth plans. Marke?ng is a new func?on which has been created, product development has been aligned to marke?ng. To bring a sharper focus in product development ac?vi?es we have split Rice and Co?on under independent leads. Sales organiza?on is being strengthened with a specialised resource who will support the training needs, market development ac?vi?es I am privileged to be part of this great organiza?on and talent and looking forward to working with you all to make SeedWorks a great company, The Right Way.   3. Project Swift We are living in interes?ng ?mes, where the pace of progress is expanding over each feature of life, driven basically by innova?on. Being a science organiza?on, we have seen quick changes in the way cul?va?ng innova?on. We all need SeedWorks to be a world class organiza?on – seen as a pioneer in our general vicinity, beneficial and socially mindful, while conveying be?er incen?ve to the customer. Building such an organiza?on will expect us to be in front line of progress, driving the change procedure. Obviously, there is degree for development all around and we ought to be interested in all poten?al outcomes. In this specific situa?on, we are se?ng out on a trip to enable us to accomplish our proposed objec?ves. Along these lines we have propelled "Project SWIFT" with an external agency “Avalon Consultancy". "Project SWIFT" is the excursion that will enable us to understand our dreams and yearnings of turning into a really world class organiza?on. “Project SWIFT” will be executed in five stages. Se?ng up the Mission & Vision statement for SeedWorks Growth Strategy Detailing Diagnosis of Opera?ons Iden?fica?on and Priori?za?on of Strategic Ini?a?ves Financial Impact Assessment The kick off session for Project SWIFT was held on 22nd September. The Project SWIFT logo was unveiled in the morning session followed by launch of “The Right Way” (Values which will enlighten us to do our business). The briefing about the project was done by the Avalon Consultancy followed by a ni?y gri?y on what are our strengths & weaknesses. On 5 October we had a brain storming session to generate new ideas on characterizing the Mission and Vision proclama?on for SeedWorks. The response from the members was very encouraging. By end of the day, we had numerous extraordinary thoughts coming out which will be u?lized by Avalon team in encircling the Mission and Vision Statement. th We will be clear about our mission & vision statement very soon. The following step is to characterize our short term &long-term strategies & we are working towards it. This is only a start however and we are moving towards our objec?ve well ordered. We should work towards accomplishing our shared objec?ve of influencing this "Project SWIFT" an amazing achievement. We will keep you educated about the updates according to the ?metable. SeedWorks enters Vegetable Segment SeedWorks Interna?onal Private Limited announces the launch of vegetable division, in line with the commitment to provide innova?ve and high-quality seed solu?ons to the farmers. This expansion targets the poten?al space in vegetable segments, looking beyond the exis?ng mainstream brands. We aim for a vigorous comeback in vegetable segment under brand name of US Agriseeds; looking forward to be a trend se?er and provide superior products. Our strategic crops are Tomato, Chili, Okra, Cucurbits and will be launching an array of products in other vegetable crop segments also. We are working on our web portal Zing HR by integra?ng it with other internal systems and therefore leveraging it to offer value-added services to our employees. By truly understanding what informa?on our people need and how they need to use it, we will aggregate the right data and systems and ul?mately build an interac?ve, user-friendly web portal “Zing HR” that will drive value. Various elements such as chat rooms, forums and useful surveys will be added to the portal in the coming future so that everybody be in touch and exchange views thereby making it as an interface where the informa?on keeps on flowing between the company and the employees. SeedWorks is one of the major players in India when it comes to co?on seed produc?on and is growing vigorously year by year. We are directly involved with 20000 farmers in 5 States 80 Districts and 1798 villages and are con?nuously working for their welfare. At SeedWorks we provide training and awareness regarding new produc?on techniques to farmers so that they can enhance their produc?vity which ul?mately results in more income genera?on. Launch of New Cotton Project Digitalization Updates New co?on project has been launched near Ko?ur by Jam Jam. It includes se?ng up of 25000 sq. ?. warehouse and a new bosch packer with Yamato Japanis MHW with TTO QR code printers for be?er speed and weighing accuracy. All SCM ac?vi?es are totally integrated with ERP system, and the new Field app for live mapping of the field ac?vi?es is fully func?onal. Bar coding in co?on is successfully implemented and is live now ensuring the traceability and detec?ng the counterfei?ng. We are also developing pouch mechanism which will scan each pouch and integrate it with Seedflow to give best accuracy in packing. Successful capturing of live Produc?on field data in Seedflow with the help of Mobile Applica?on. Aim is to do geotagging for each and every field in the coming future. Project called Digi - Falcons is under way where we are working on Drones and Image Analy?cs. 4

The corporate office of the Company has been shi?ed from Gowdavally Village to Banjara Hills Hyderabad. Se?ng up of centralized employee travel desk. Tie up with Indigo Airlines for corporate bookings. Standard opera?ng procedures documents to be shared across the departments for be?er efficiency and effec?veness. Compliances IT Systems & Security GST - Go o d s & S er v i ces Tax , Implementa?on process has been running smooth in our company and the company has been compliant with all the GST provisions ?ll date. The IT team has come up with the latest technology setup and has implemented quality security systems in the corporate office. 50 tabs have been distributed to update the field inspec?ons to co?on produc?on staff in the states of Gujarat and Maharashtra. All the periodic returns were filed within the prescribed ?melines across the states centrally at Hyderabad office. A GST workshop shall be conducted in the second week of October. Going forward any updates/changes in the Laws and regula?ons which effect the business of SeedWork shall be communicated through this Newsle?er. Implemented security system SureLock MDM for all the 50 tabs. 5

It has wider geographical adaptability and more yield compared to other varie?es. This Hybrid is good in taste and is fetching more grain price at the market. User farmers have very sa?sfactory response to this hybrid and promising good area increase for the coming year in UP. It will be introduced in Bihar next year. US 51 Hybrid for North Indian Market It is a co?on hybrid with more yield, more no. of bolls/plant and good boll weight. This hybrid has tolerance for sucking pest and CLCV, very well accepted product by the co?on farmers and is ge?ng huge demand for upcoming Kharif 2018 sowing. 6

Newly launched co?on hybrids US 51 and US 71 in north India and US 7067 and US 4715 in central and south India are performing very well. Farmers and trade partners are very excited with the performance of these hybrids. US 305 is performing beyond expecta?ons of customers in UP and Bihar, farmers and trade partners are very excited with its performance. Reginal teams are busy in conduc?ng PDAs and are very excited for upcoming challenging year ahead. Marketing Marke?ng team has been created in this organiza?on for the first ?me as business is now growing to significant levels so there will be lot of thrust to focus on more innova?ve ini?a?ves in approaching the customers which includes. EDLI Scheme With EPFO # Future Generali Group Term Life Insurance - Previous SBI Life Insurance – Exis?ng # 1 The risk cover benefit depends on mul?ple factors like basic salary, average PF balance, employee’s tenure in the organiza?on etc. Accordingly, the coverage benefit is not uniform for all employees and varies based on their basic salary and other details. Maximum benefit any employee can get under the EPFO scheme is Rs. 6 Lacs. 1 Sum Insured has been increased to the tune of “6 ?mes of your Annual CTC” E.g. An employee is having Annual CTC as Rs 10 Lacs The Risk cover benefit would now be Rs 10 L*6 = 60 Lacs. Uniform Cover of Rs. 5Lacs per Insured member for all level of employees. E.g. An employee is having Annual CTC as Rs 10 Lacs The Risk cover benefit would be Rs. 5 Lacs only. Future services Gratuity Insurance Benefit Object of Policy: - As per the organiza?on's policy currently all the employees are eligible for Gratuity benefit on comple?on of 5 years service period with the organiza?on. However, the Company has decided to give addi?onal Gratuity benefit to the employee's family in case of unforeseen eventuality. Details are as given under: Current Gratuity benefit Addi?onal Future Service Gratuity benefit Organiza?on has now opted for Future Service Gratuity Insurance cover. Under this scheme, if an employee expires during the service, in addi?on to the accrued Gratuity amount, his family shall get addi?onal benefit by way of Future Service Gratuity. For example: - An employee having monthly basic salary of Rs. 50,000/- and 5 years service period expires unfortunately at age of 32 years. Benefit payable to family: - Gratuity Benefit – Rs. 144230/- (for 5 completed years of service) Future Service Gratuity – Rs. 8,07,692/- for future service of 28 years (60 years – 32 years). As per the guidelines, an employee is eligible for Gratuity upon comple?on of 5 years service with the company wherein the benefit is calculated based ohis last drawn basic salary. For example: - An employee having monthly basic salary of Rs. 50,000/- shall get Gratuity of Rs. 144230/- once he completes 5 years service period and exits from the organiza?on. 9
