  2. Scott Riker is a financial controller at Central Consulting & Contracting, a NJ based full-service construction firm specializing in construction management, general contracting, design building, and project management.

  3. Scott has been working in the construction industry for many years and has gained in-depth knowledge of the complexities involved in this sector. So far in his career, Scott Riker has worked on a wide range of projects as a financial controller.

  4. Some of the companies that hehas served as a controller in the past include, Target Media Co. and Team Construction Inc. Before that, he worked as a Staff Account at Group USA, Inc. and Robert Properties, Inc. respectively.

  5. Scott is an alumnus of Ramapo College, Mahwah, NJ from where he earned his BS degree in Accounting in the year 1990. Along with an excellent academic background, what adds to his career portfolio is his proficiency with many advanced technologies.

  6. He is adept in using MRI software, Yardi, Great Plains, Timberline, Peachtree Quantum software, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Solomon, FRX Reporting, SAP, MAS90, MAS200 Quickbooks, and AS400 accounting systems

  7. Besides being a successful professional, Scott Riker is a true humanitarian who believes in giving back to the community. As an effort to bring about a positive change in the community, he is involved with many organizations that work towards community welfare.

  8. His charitable endeavors include: • Working with underprivileged kids • Supporting Breast Cancer Foundation • Spreading Autism awareness • Serving Hawthorne Gospel Church
