His businesses eventually transitioned into the automotive space, beginning with a used car dealership that generated a 7-몭gure revenue. With the knowledge and connections established during this time, Sath began brokering exotic cars and rentals in Florida. Once in Florida, his interests expanded into real estate investments and seeing the potential in short term leases. During the Covid-19 pandemic, market dif몭culties led Sath to develop unique solutions within the Real Estate space focusing primarily in South Florida.
