  1. The origins of fasting • Fasting is a prayer in which the Muslims don’t eat any thing from morning prayer to sunset. • It has many spiritual as well as physical benefits.

What Quran says about fasting • In the verse of the Holy Quran we will see that the words of Allah Almighty in such way that; • O believers the fasting has become obligatory for you as it had obligatory for those who had spent their time before you. • the fasting is the important prayer to make the sudden change in your personality.
