Itmeansthatconsumersareawareof productsorservices,itscharacteristicsand the other marketing P’s(place to buy, price,andpromotion). Itencourageswhichhelps consumersfunctionmore efficientlyinthemarketplace.

Solidarity:Theresponsibilitytocometogetherandorganize consumers in order to enhance the strength and influence requiredtopromoteandprotectourinterests.

Heshouldknowthemethodofhowtoproceed,ifheischeated.
