  1. Organic Dairy Farm Organic dairy farm milk has more omega-3 fatty acids than non-organic milk. Omega3 is an essential fatty acid that is required for proper growth, and it has been the reason for different health concerns that have seemed to increase in recent years. Proper intake of omega-3 fatty acids protects you from different diseases and helps to lower the occurrence of heart disease, inflammation (in skin diseases like dermatitis), cancer, and arthritis. Organic cows are grazed on pastures that are grown organically. Thus, their milk is not contaminated with dangerous compounds such as the residues of pesticides, fertilisers, and hormones. Sanathana Organic Farms furthermore, this nutrient-rich organic milk does not include traces of antibiotics, GM feed, urea, or reproductive hormones, as these are not offered to the cows to promote their milk output.
